I can highly recommend Burbank Collision Center. The personnel are so friendly and comforting. Between my insurance and them, I was so well taken care of. When you go to a collision center it's usually because something bad happened. And this place felt like comfort from the first day. PLUS! They finished the job a day early. That says it all! Burbank Collision Center seems well-managed and well-organized. The first thing that impressed me was the estimate, the fairest and clearest of 3 I got before I chose them to repair my car. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and the rental car company. My car was ready almost a week earlier than estimated. And when I got my it back I was stunned. It's 10 years old and looks brand new! Not only is there not a hint of an accident, it got a detailed-level clean-up and buffing, inside and out. I appreciate the work and the service. Clearly the Center takes pride in its work, everyone from desk to detailers. I smashed up a rear cover on my crv and took it here. I used their mobile estimate tool and they came right back with a price. The price had to be adjusted downward because they thought they saw damage where there was none. No fuss on that. recently took my car to Burbank Collision Center through my insurance for a rear bumper repair, and I also paid out of pocket to fix an additional issue on the front of my car. They did an excellent job on both repairs the work was clean, precise, and my car looked great when I picked it up.

What really surprised me was how clean my car was afterward. I didn't pay for a detailing, and they never mentioned doing one, but it definitely looked like they had detailed it. The exterior was spotless, and the interior looked freshly cleaned as well. It was a really nice touch.

I was in a terrible accident when someone hit my precious Audi from the side. I've cared deeply for it for many years, always getting it detailed and trying to keep it in good shape even though it's 7 years old.

I was devastated when I saw the tow truck hauling it away from the scene with a broken axle and caved-in door. I scoured through so many body shops, praying I didn't get the wrong one, and then I saw "Burbank Collision Center."

To be honest, I don't always trust reviews online, so I really dug deep and everything I saw was positive, even the Better Business Bureau agrees.

So I took my car in and from the start one of the owners, Adrian, personally inspected the car and made me feel much better, saying he was sure they could fix it.

Not only did they fix it perfectly — it looks brand new — but they went out of their way to keep me updated every few days, they detailed the car, polished it and had it ready ahead of schedule. Audis are notoriously hard to find parts for, yet they used brand new original parts.

To say I'm impressed would be an understatement, they are AMAZING! I can't thank them enough and recommend this place highly.

I have a Classic, 2000 Lincoln Towncar Cartier. It was my husbands car and he passed away. I cherish this car with my life. This idiot on my street floored it coming out of his driveway and t-boned me. Broke my heart and I went to pieces felt like I lost my husband all over again. He was the love of my life and I treasured this car. My friend who is a broker for auto transporting found this company and checked out the reviews. I took my car there and they had it for over a month. The day I went to pick it up I felt like I was looking at a brand new car. Raffi was such a wonderful person. Always replied when I emailed him or left him voice mails and then I found out that because he understood how much sentimental value this car has to me this was the only reason he went ahead with the work. See, the insurance company of Mr. Speedy totalled my car and paid me for my car. Now its a salvage car. I won't say how much I paid but I think what I paid was a surprise. Not only did they complete the insurance repair quickly and flawlessly, but they also took care of a small additional repair I needed outside of the claim. To top it off, they detailed my car inside and out, which was such a thoughtful touch. I stopped in today because my hood latch would not work. My mechanic of many years could not fix it. He told me I needed a new latch and that the car was old and he couldn't find it at a dealer or at a junkyard. The technician who did my smog test could not get the latch to close again, and told me to drive slowly on surface streets. Burbank Collision Center fixed it in two minutes, needing no new parts. And it so quick and easy, they said it was nothing, so they charged me nothing. I recommend this business. They are so honest and very good. Terrific service and repair!  If you need something done right, this is the place.  No hassle, friendly, professional, perfect repair.

My car had been rear-ended in an accident and was referred to this location by AAA.  The set up and communication was very good as well, with a professional receptionist and mechanical staff.  I definitely felt up to date and in good hands when I dropped off my car here. 

The entire repair went smoothly, even at 20 days in the shop, they met me on the very day they said they would finish.  

Something I also liked with how approachable the staff was; a Burbank trait that goes well with this town.

We would give these guys a positive recommendation. We had our LH/RH mirrors removed, color-matched and reattached with a return to buff out slight imperfections after a few weeks of additional curing. Thanks Quin!
We returned several weeks later to have them color-match a middle-tail spoiler which was also completed with appreciated attention to detail. Thanks to Eduardo for assisting with the installation before leaving. We appreciate the consistent attention to detail and the desire to get the work done properly instead of focusing on 'quick but poorly executed". I went to several body shops to assess the cost of fixing the bumper and a few other issues with my old car. Most of them gave me an estimate in the thousands to source the replacement parts (mostly no longer manufactured now). 

When I arrived for my appt with Burbank Collision Center, I walked through the issues with my car quickly. A few seconds later, he was remounting my bumper and fixed the other issues.  The whole thing was done in 10 minutes and he didn't try to upsell me on new parts or detailing. I was so grateful for his approach, understanding that I was just trying to get some more life out of this old car instead of sink thousands into it.

From the moment you meet Brittany at the desk or have Adrian write up your estimate, you will know you are being treated well by professionals. They are fair, organized, and above all their work is impeccable! In just one week they repaired my car's body from a hit and run with ease. Incredible communication...and if you need to rent a car...Enterprise is a couple blocks away where you will receive top of the line help as well. My experience with this company was quick, but notable enough to convince me that they are a good one to work with if looking for honest work. I went in after someone sideswiped me, which I was hoping could be repaired with a buff and some touch ups. They were able to buff it on the spot in about 5 minutes, fixing the area of impact to about 99% back to normal. They then wouldn't take my money, saying it was no big deal. My car had several scrapes and scratches plus a minor dent that I wanted to fix while paying out of pocket. I got estimates both here and at another mostly 5 star (on Yelp) body shop in Burbank. This place quoted me an estimate that was about $4,800 less than the other one!

Of course I chose this place, and I was definitely pleased with the work! Raffi and his team did a phenomenal job in both their customer service and the actual work done on the car. He really gave me the best and most reasonable deal that any logical person can ask for with the work that was done. Every scratch, scrape, and dent is gone and my car looks practically new. He even put a little touch-up paint on a nick that wasn't even part of the estimate.

I chose this shop since they were Suburu AND AAA approved.  

I have a 2022 Suburu WRX that was rear-ended.  From inspection to delivery I have had a wonderful experience.  The customer service was top notch and they let me know what was happening every step of the way.  Best part was that they had my car ready ahead of schedule.   They use Suburu parts which is important to me.  The repair and touchup that was done made it so I can't tell there was ever an accident. A couple of weeks ago my daughter with a brand new license got into a little fender bender in our brand new Subaru Forester. There was damage to our right rear door and some of the trim near it. I looked to see where the nearest authorized Subaru body repair shop was and it was Burbank Collision Center. As a bonus, they're also AAA approved so we got a lifetime warranty on the repairs since they're our insurer. I just got the car back - a day ahead of schedule - and you'd never know anything had happened. They did an amazing job. They even washed the tires! The car looks showroom-ready. Raffi was very helpful and communication all along was great; we got text messages every couple of days to let us know how things were progressing. I once took our previous car to one of those body shops in NoHo and the quality of work wasn't even close. I could always tell. My Tesla got scratched on the front bumper when my son borrowed my car and said he would be VERY careful. We know how that ended. All good, I still love him.
So I started looking for Body Shops since, thankfully, I don't have a Family Body Shop I go to. Went to Yelp and started my search. Picked Burbank Collision Center from their reviews and what people had to say about Raffi and Adrian. Took a total shot in the dark and was rewarded!
Could not ask for a better business to deal with. Professional, Neat, Clean, Stuck to their word (means a lot these days), did Exceptional Work on my car and had it turned around a day earlier than promised. Holy Cow! When did that last happen to anyone reading this? I Highly recommend Raffi and his team for all your Body and Paint needs.
